How long does it take for my eBike to ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but typically your bike will arrive within 5-7 business days via FedEx Ground.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our eBikes are designed to be 95% assembled out of the box. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply. Used bikes are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Does the bike come with a warranty?
Yes, every Lectric eBike is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers all main components including the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
What is the average range of a single battery charge?
Depending on the model and level of pedal assist used, you can expect between 25 to 65 miles per charge. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and wind resistance will impact total range.
