At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your eBike or accessories within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new and unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the eBike in its original manufacturer packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
